Clenburexin

Clenburexin reviews

Clenburexin is a diet pill that is designed to work as a fat burner so that dieters will be able to lose a larger amount of body mass in a shorter amount of time, and with less effort than would otherwise be required. The official website for this product is antiquated and doesn’t provide very much information about the product. However, its “buy now” link does direct the dieter to another site that sells the product and that provides a great deal more information, including a complete ingredients list.

Clenburexin Does Not a Good First Impression

The first impression made by Clenburexin isn’t a very good one, but sometimes you can’t tell a book by its cover. As such, it is advisable to speak to a doctor if you are considering this product. It would also be prudent to look into its ingredients to be sure that it not only has the potential to provide the results that you are seeking, but also that it will be safe to use, particularly if you have any allergies, have any medical conditions, or are taking or are planning to take any other medications or supplements at the same time as these diet pills.

According to the official distributor of Clenburexin, the formula contains the following ingredients:

  • Green Coffee Extract
  • Green Tea Extract
  • L-tyrosine
  • Yerba Mate Extract
  • Caffeine Anhydrous
  • Pantothenic Acid
  • Ginger Root Extract
  • Cayenne Pepper Extract
  • Black Pepper Extract

These Clenburexin ingredients are all commonly found in nonprescription fat burner products. However, what is concerning is the number of stimulants that this product contains.

Beware of Stimulants

On top of the obvious caffeine anhydrous, there is also caffeine in green coffee extract, in green tea extract, and in yerba mate extract. The odds are that anyone who is not used to consuming high amounts of stimulants will experience some level of side effects. These can range from jitters and nervousness, to nausea and diarrhea, and headaches and sleeplessness. Some people experience an increase in blood pressure and heart rate, as well.

It should also be noted that even individuals who are used to ingesting caffeine or other stimulants may be at an increased risk of unwanted side effects if they continue to ingest the same amount while taking this weight management aid.

In terms of the cost of Clenburexin, it is not a cheap product, especially considering the ingredients that are included in the formula as none of them are typically expensive. The official distributor’s site had a list price of £49.99, but the product was available at a sale price of £35.99 for a bottle of 180 capsules. As each serving size is two capsules, and the directions say that it should be taken twice per day, this means that at 4 pills per day, this provides a 45 day supply.

The bottom line is that whether or not you think this is a fair price or not, do give it some thought before purchasing this product if it interests you, and remember that consulting with your healthcare provider first is always a wise idea.

Update – July 2020

Clenburexin is out of stock on the manufacturer’s (Trecnutrition) official site. It can no longer be purchased at Amazon in the US and is not available at many other online stores in the UK that once sold it. This likely means that the product has been discontinued or it is currently in the process of being rebranded or its formula is undergoing a change.

The Effects of Green Coffee Extract Are Unknown

As previously mentioned in the above Clenburexin review, this diet pill contains several unproven ingredients. One of these is its top ingredient, green coffee extract. If you are considering taking a diet pill that contains this ingredient because you’ve heard promising things about it, you should know that there simply isn’t enough clinical research to know what type of effects green coffee bean extract has on body weight.

Some early research indicates that it may promote weight loss. That being said, the size of the effect is small and the clinical relevance of its effect is not certain. Therefore, more rigorous and longer trials are needed to determine the efficacy and safety of green coffee bean as a weight loss supplement.

Not All Metabolism Boosting is Worth the Risk

Finally, Clenburexin contained several stimulants, most notably caffeine. Research has found that caffeine can have an impact on metabolism, which is something that some people can use to their advantage, especially applying this caffeine-induced metabolism boost to a workout.

That being said, the trouble with Clenburexin and many other diet pills on the market today is that they contain too many stimulants or too high of a caffeine content, which makes the risks of taking them outweigh the potential benefits they offer.

When searching for the right stimulant thermogenic for you, be sure to find out how much caffeine (or other stimulants) is included per dose and consider assessing your tolerance first.
