Bio-Trim RX

Bio-Trim RX ReviewBio-Trim RX is a non-prescription diet pill that has been designed to function like a fat burner, appetite suppressant and carb blocker. According to the product label, it has been “specially formulated with Garcinia Cambogia, Green Coffee and Raspberry Ketone to support metabolism and weight loss.” It is a product from Vitality Fitness.

According to the Amazon sales page for the product, when this review was written (an official website for the product did not exist), the main benefits of the Bio-Trim RX formula were increased fat loss due to it being packed with “science-based premium ingredients that burn body fat.”

It also delivers improved body composition, not only increasing fat loss, but also aiding in maintaining and building lean muscle tissue for a nice looking physique. Finally, it helps suppress appetite, helping to stop food cravings, leading to increased fat loss and positive physical changes over time.

Although these are some pretty fancy claims, there is no scientific proof to back them up. Furthermore, the formula does not contain any proven ingredients for weight loss. With that in mind, when this review was created, the Bio-Trim RX formula contained an EcoGarcinia Daily Blend: Garcinia Cambogia Extract, Green Coffee Bean, Raspberry Ketone, African Mango, Acai Berry, Horny Goat Weed, L-Arginine, Psyllium Husk, Yacon, Alfalfa. There is 400 mg of the blend per 2 caplet serving.

The suggested use is to take 2 caplets by mouth daily. These are the only directions provided, which is surprising considering this product does contain green coffee bean, which has caffeine. Although it doesn’t say, it would likely be wise to avoid taking this product late in the afternoon or evening to lower the risk of experiencing possible unwanted side effects that could negatively impact your sleep, such as insomnia.

That being said, users are cautioned to consult with their healthcare provider before using Bio-Trim RX if they are pregnant, nursing or are under a doctor’s care or are taking medication.

Overall, Bio-Trim RX doesn’t appear to be a very solid weight management supplement. It contains unproven ingredients, does not backup its claim and the fact that it has “RX” in its name is also misleading. This term is used to indicate a medical prescription, which this product is definitely not.

The bottom line, it would likely be in your best interest to choose from better and more reputable weight management diet pills on the market, if you are seeking assistance with your exercise and diet efforts.

Ultra Burn

Ultra Burn ReviewUltra Burn is a dietary supplement for weight loss that has been engineered to suppress appetite, burn fat, and boost energy. It is designed for both men and women and is a fat release formula. It comes from Dunnrite Labs.

This maximum strength dietary supplement contains several of the most popular natural fat-burning ingredients extracted from tea leaves, fruits and plants. More specifically, when this review was written, the formula was composed of an EcoGarcinia Daily Blend. Each serving size (2 caplets) contained 400 mg of this blend, which contained Garcinia Cambogia, Green Coffee Bean, Rasberry Ketones, African Mango Extract, Acai Berry Extract, Horny Goat Weed, L-Arginine, Psyllium Husk, Yacon and Alfalfa.

While many of these supplements are highly touted for their fat burning effects (e.g. garcinia cambogia, raspberry keontes, green coffee bean, etc.) and for appetite suppression (e.g. garcinia cambogia, African mango, etc.), do keep in mind that not a single one of these ingredients has ever been proven to be effective at aiding in or causing measureable fat loss. All of them require further study to determine their efficacy and safety in regard to weight loss.

The suggested dose is to take 2 caplets daily. That being said, you should first consult with your doctor prior to taking Ultra Burn. This is especially important if you are pregnant or nursing or if you have an existing medical condition or are currently taking any medications. This includes prescription or non-prescription medication as well as other dietary supplements.

Although the recommended dose is to take 2 caplets daily, it would be a good idea not to take Ultra Burn late in the day, the evening or at night. The reason is that it contains green coffee bean which contains caffeine. Although this is not a lot of caffeine, it can still raise the risk for certain side effects, including sleep disturbances.

It should also be noted that when this review was written, an official product page for Ultra Burn did not exist. This could mean that the product has been discontinued, even though it is still being sold on Amazon.

All that being said, it may be a good idea to think twice before you take Ultra Burn. While it is good that the product contains few stimulants, there is also no research to support any of the claims that have been made about this products effectiveness. There are better dietary supplements for weight management on the market.
