Bio-Trim RX is a non-prescription diet pill that has been designed to function like a fat burner, appetite suppressant and carb blocker. According to the product label, it has been “specially formulated with Garcinia Cambogia, Green Coffee and Raspberry Ketone to support metabolism and weight loss.” It is a product from Vitality Fitness.
According to the Amazon sales page for the product, when this review was written (an official website for the product did not exist), the main benefits of the Bio-Trim RX formula were increased fat loss due to it being packed with “science-based premium ingredients that burn body fat.”
It also delivers improved body composition, not only increasing fat loss, but also aiding in maintaining and building lean muscle tissue for a nice looking physique. Finally, it helps suppress appetite, helping to stop food cravings, leading to increased fat loss and positive physical changes over time.
Although these are some pretty fancy claims, there is no scientific proof to back them up. Furthermore, the formula does not contain any proven ingredients for weight loss. With that in mind, when this review was created, the Bio-Trim RX formula contained an EcoGarcinia Daily Blend: Garcinia Cambogia Extract, Green Coffee Bean, Raspberry Ketone, African Mango, Acai Berry, Horny Goat Weed, L-Arginine, Psyllium Husk, Yacon, Alfalfa. There is 400 mg of the blend per 2 caplet serving.
The suggested use is to take 2 caplets by mouth daily. These are the only directions provided, which is surprising considering this product does contain green coffee bean, which has caffeine. Although it doesn’t say, it would likely be wise to avoid taking this product late in the afternoon or evening to lower the risk of experiencing possible unwanted side effects that could negatively impact your sleep, such as insomnia.
That being said, users are cautioned to consult with their healthcare provider before using Bio-Trim RX if they are pregnant, nursing or are under a doctor’s care or are taking medication.
Overall, Bio-Trim RX doesn’t appear to be a very solid weight management supplement. It contains unproven ingredients, does not backup its claim and the fact that it has “RX” in its name is also misleading. This term is used to indicate a medical prescription, which this product is definitely not.
The bottom line, it would likely be in your best interest to choose from better and more reputable weight management diet pills on the market, if you are seeking assistance with your exercise and diet efforts.
