XyLEAN ReviewXyLEAN promises to help you with appetite suppression, energy and focus. A dietary supplement from Lexona Labs, this nonprescription diet pill has been formulated to assist you in losing weight, increasing energy, and being more focused.

According to the official XyLEAN product page, this diet pill helps you to “lose weight faster than ever before by providing you with “three major keys” to aid your weight loss goals. These three keys include: appetite suppression, water retention and energy/focus.

The company claims XyLEAN helps you to achieve appetite suppression through a Phase 2 Carb Controller its formula contains. According to Lexona Labs, this ingredient helps you to avoid over eating, snacking and cravings while also managing to lower blood sugar and help to block carbohydrate uptake. As for helping with water retention, the formula contains theobromine, which the company says acts as a diuretic to increase water movement, a vasodilator to increase blood flow, and a stimulant for added energy.

That being said, when this XyLEAN review was written, the following were all the ingredients that could be found within its formula: Caffeine Anhydrous, Phase-2 Carb Controller, Beta-Phenylethylamine HCl, Hordenine HCL, L-Theanine, Synephrine HCL, Octopamine HCl, Theobromine.

What you should know is that almost all these ingredients are stimulants, including Caffeine, beta-phenylethylamine HCl, synephrine HCl, hordenine HCl and octopamine HCl.

The second aspect about XyLEAN you should know is that none of its ingredients (or the product itself) has been proven clinically effective at causing or aiding in weight loss. Therefore, even though it does contain several ingredients that are highly regarded in the over-the-counter (OTC) weight loss industry, this does not mean that the product is safe, effective or proven.

In regard to safety, as XyLEAN is chock-full of stimulants, be advised that taking this diet pill could result in unwanted effects, including but not limited to: insomnia, jitters, anxiety, restlessness, mood changes, headache, upset stomach etc.

More importantly, this product combines caffeine, synephrine and octopamine. Both synephrine and octopamine are natural occurring stimulants in bitter orange/citrus aurantium. The FDA has warned that combining caffeine with synephrine can increase the risk of dangerous cardiovascular effects, even in healthy individuals.

While you are likely to get an energy boost from XyLEAN due to its stimulant content, do ensure that you speak with your healthcare provider before taking this dietary supplement as it may not be safe for everyone.

Furthermore, it may also be in your best interest for you to consider choosing a potentially safer alternative tablets for weight loss that do  not combine caffeine with synephrine and/or octopamine.
